- Take Route I-84 (East or West) to Exit 39 (Route 4, Farmington). Stay in the right lane of the exit ramp.
- Turn right onto Route 4 East (Farmington Avenue).
- Go approximately one mile to the third light, and take a left into The Exchange (directly across from UConn Health Center).
- Turn left at the second stop sign (follow signs to “Offices”).
- Look for Building Three – Main Entrance sign. Park and enter here.
- Take the elevator in the lobby to the third floor.
- Turn left out of the elevator. We are at the very end of the hall, in Suite 367.
