CHDI works collaboratively with children's health, mental health, education, juvenile justice, early childhood and other systems that serve and support Connecticut’s children and families.
We recognize that to improve outcomes for children, our work must be cross-cutting and engage multiple systems in change.
We see our role as “connecting the dots” between the various child-serving networks in Connecticut and the programs and services they oversee for children and families.
CHDI uses research and best-practice knowledge to strengthen systems that serve our children.
