Aleece Kelly, MPP
Director of System Development and Policy
Aleece Kelly joined CHDI in August 2018. As Director of System Development and Policy, she leads CHDI's expanding work in behavioral health systems development, including efforts to strengthen Connecticut's behavioral health workforce and support the implementation of the Children’s Behavioral Health Plan for the state.
Aleece previously served as a senior associate, senior project coordinator, and as a senior data analyst at CHDI. She also is the former chair of CHDI’s Committee on Anti-Racism and Equity (CARE). Aleece has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit, public, and philanthropic sectors working on design, implementation, and quality improvement of programs supporting children and families.
She obtained her Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
