Kate Powers, LMSW
Senior Project Coordinator
Kate Powers, LMSW, joined CHDI in March 2023. She serves as Senior Project Coordinator for Workforce Development projects, including the new online training center, the Workforce Strategic Plan, and CT Health Horizons.
Kate has a master’s degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Michael’s College. Kate has extensive experience as a master’s level social worker in various settings, and as an adjunct professor of Social Work, Sociology, and Psychology.
