
Kayla Theriault, MPH
Senior Associate
Kayla Theriault serves as a Senior Associate, where she helps to lead CHDI’s Mobile Crisis Performance Center. In this role, she provides data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement for Connecticut’s Mobile Crisis program by monitoring key indicators of access, quality, and outcomes to help inform policy and practice solutions. Kayla provides consultation to support other states in establishing and enhancing their Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS). She also supports other quality improvement activities and initiatives, including the School-Based Diversion Initiative (SBDI), Care Coordination, and Children’s Behavioral Health Urgent Crisis Centers (UCCs).
Kayla joined CHDI in 2019 as a Data Analyst and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023. She received a BA in Human Development and Family Studies, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Connecticut. Kayla also has eight years of experience in early childhood education.
