Elaine Mancini joined CHDI in January 2023 as a Project Coordinator for the School-Based Diversion Initiative. In this role, Elaine will coordinate the implementation of SBDI in several schools and districts and support CHDI’s school mental health initiatives.
Elaine earned her MA in School Counseling and BA in Psychology from Assumption College. She has worked as a certified School Counselor for the past eight years at both the middle and high school levels. For the past six years she has been the director of school counseling at the high school level ensuring the department met the needs of students in the academic, college/career preparation, and social/emotional domains.
