Meghan Flynn is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Child Behavioral Health. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Services Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), specializing in Community Psychology and Implementation Science. Meghan also served as a policy fellow at the Research-to-Policy Collaboration, where she helped translate evidence-based research into actionable policy at local, state, and federal levels.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Fredonia and an M.A. in Community Psychology and Program Development from the University of New Haven. Her multidisciplinary advocacy and research work have focused on various topics related to health equity, policy, and practice. Meghan also served as a lead program evaluator for the Meyerhoff Scholars Program at UMBC. She is passionate about utilizing evidence-based research and implementation science to bridge the research-policy gap, helping children and families flourish.
