CHDI's Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Policy for Investigators Participating in Public Health Services (PHS)-Funded Research is designed to promote objectivity in research by establishing standards that provide a reasonable expectation that the design, conduct, and reporting of research funded by PHS will be free from bias resulting from investigator financial conflicts of interest (FCOI) pursuant to 42 C.F.R. Part 50 and 45 C.F.R. Part 94.
