CHDI is celebrating our second straight year in the top ten for the Hartford Business Journal 2023 "Best Places to Work" Awards (small/medium company category).
CHDI ranked first among non-profits and ninth among small/medium-sized employers for the 2023 award. The award honors organizations that rank highest in employee satisfaction as determined by a survey administered by the Workforce Research Group. The winners were honored at a ceremony on March 2, 2023 and profiled in a special issue of the Hartford Business Journal and New Haven Biz.
“It’s the people at CHDI who make this a great place to work,” said President and CEO Jeffrey Vanderploeg. “We have an incredible staff who are passionate about their work to improve behavioral health for children, youth, and families.”
