An article by CHDI Senior Fellow, Karen Rubin and her co-management project team at Connecticut Children's Office for Community Child Health (OCCH) was accepted for publication in Clinical Pediatrics. The article, "Impact of Co-management at the Primary-Subspecialty Care Interface on Follow-up and Referral Patterns for Patients with Concussion" highlighted the ways in which co-management increased pediatric providers' capacity to care for children with concussion. OCCH's work was funded by the 2011 Child Health Innovation Fund, a collaboration between Yale Center for Clinical Investigation and the Children's Fund.
