Connecting Schools to Care IV Students: School Mental Health Resource and Support Guide

A Toolkit to Help Schools Support Student Mental Health and Well-Being

Calling all schools!

Connecting Schools to Care IV Students helps schools and districts build their capacity to access and utilize community-based behavioral health resources and empower youth and families while strengthening their trauma-informed mental health programming. Connecticut K-12 schools can apply to participate at three different levels based on their need and capacity.

This toolkit, Connecting Schools to Care IV Students: School Mental Health Resource and Support Guideprovides Connecticut schools and districts with information about the range of mental health resources and supports available to them, along with resources to empower youth and families.

Free technical assistance, training, and support for using these resources and supports is available for Connecticut schools and districts.
