Do you have ideas about how to strengthen K-12 school mental health services in Connecticut? We want to hear from you!

CHDI is conducting virtual focus groups with these key groups throughout this August and September to learn about their experiences with school mental health in Connecticut:

  • School and District Leaders
  • Teachers
  • School-Based Mental Health Clinicians
  • Community-Based Behavioral Health and Primary Care Providers
  • Connecticut Youth and Families

The focus groups will be part of a Comprehensive School Mental Health Landscape Analysis CHDI is conducting for the State of Connecticut to take stock of current efforts to support student behavioral health and well-being.

Purpose

Your input will help shape policy, system, and practice recommendations to be published in a report to the state this fall, and will ultimately help Connecticut better meet the needs of all students and families.

Benefits

Each participant will receive a gift card as a token of appreciation for their time and energy.

When

Focus Group dates and times in August and September 2024 are currently being finalized.
