Judith Meyers joined Senator Chris Murphy, providers, advocates and colleagues to celebrate the passage of bipartisan mental health reform at the Lyceum on December 19. The legislation includes many provisions that will benefit children, including early intervention for infants and very young children and better access to mental health services for children.
