Public Act 13-178 directs the Department of Children and Families to produce a children’s behavioral health plan for the State of Connecticut. Governor Dannel Malloy joined Connecticut Department of Children and Families Commissioner Joette Katz, Senator Danté Bartolomeo, Representative Diana Urban, the Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut, and the Connecticut Health Foundation in announcing details about how the Behavioral Health Plan will be developed.
