CHDI's President and CEO, Jeff Vanderploeg authored an op-ed in the Hartford Courant on December 18, 2022 entitled "We Need to Meet the Behavioral Health Needs of Children."
In the op-ed, Jeff reflects on children's behavioral health ten years after the Newtown tragedy and eight years after Connecticut's Behavioral Health Plan for Children was accepted by the legislature.
