CHDI is conducting online surveys on school mental health in Connecticut this fall. The surveys are part of a Comprehensive School Mental Health Landscape Analysis CHDI is conducting for the State of Connecticut to take stock of current efforts to support student behavioral health and well-being.
We're surveying the following groups:
School and District Leaders and Staff (Superintendents, Teachers, Paraeducators, School Clinicians, School Nurses, etc.)
Providers (Behavioral Health, Pediatric Primary Care, School-Based Health Center Staff, etc.)
Parents/Caregivers and Students
Tell us what’s working well, what could be improved, and your suggestions to support the behavioral health and well-being of all Connecticut K-12 students. Your input will help shape policy, system, and practice recommendations to be published in a report to the state this fall, and will ultimately help Connecticut better meet the needs of all students and families. Respondents will be chosen at random on a weekly basis to win a gift card!
There are different survey questions depending on your role in Connecticut schools.
Please click on the link to take the survey for the role you most identify with:
Surveys will be open until October 21st. Respondents must live or work in Connecticut.
Help us spread the word! The more people we hear from in this survey, the better our recommendations to the state will reflect the needs of real Connecticut students, families, and schools.
